The Silver Package pricing and development are based on the following guidelines:

• Domain Registration - Domain names are subject to availability and the duration of the registration is for one year. At year's end, unless stated otherwise by the client, the domain name will automatically be renewed.
• Web Site Design - You have the choice of selected templates where the necessary color them changes are brought about to match your organization's logo or color theme at no extra charge. If you are not delighted with the provide web site template designs, custom graphic design services are also available, please consult our Web Site Add-Ons page for details on our custom graphic design services:
  • Home Page - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 1000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 2 photographs or clipart images on the web page - to be provided by client.
  • Products and Services - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 4000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 4 photographs or clipart images on the web page - to be provided by client.
  • Facilities - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 1000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 5 facility photographs with captions on the web page - to be provided by client. If you do not have facility images, we do offer Photography services, please consult our Web Site Add-Ons page for details on our Photography services.
  • Contact - Includes the creation of a contact form with the following fields; Name, Phone, E-Mail, Subject Line and Question / Comment. Insertion of an embedded Google location map and insertion of text contact information and hours of operation - text to be provided by client.
• Web Site Hosting - Package includes hosting for one year where you are provided with the username / password to your web site's control panel and you are granted FTP credentials as well. Upon completion of the yearly term, Whatsite.com will automatically renew your domain name and hosting plan so you can take advantage of another year of exceptional Whatasite.com products and services.
• E-Mail Accounts - Included are 25 e-mail accounts where Whatasite.com will set-up up to 10 e-mail accounts for you to get started and provide you with the support to configure your e-mail applications and provide you with login information to access to a control panel where can create or manage your e-mail accounts and view your mail via web mail. If you already have a web site, the transfer of e-mail accounts is included with the Silver package.
• Search Engine Optimization - If we are designing a new web site for your organization, we will compose meta keywords and meta descriptions for your web site in order to enhance your search engine rankings. If you already operate a web site, we will revise and enhance existing meta content. Whatasite.com does not warrant standard search results in search engines, in fact, unless you are purchasing "pay-per-click" links on Google or other search engines, no one can honestly warrant high rankings.
• Search Engine Submission - Includes the submission of your web site domain to Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines.
• Google Webmaster Account Sitemap - Includes the creation of an XML site map with purpose of increasing your web site's visibility with Google. A Google webmaster account will be created and you will be provided with the login information. Google products are of third party source and Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for malfunctions or failed expectations from third party products and services.
• Google Analytics Installation - Includes the creation of a Google Analytics account, insertion of the tracking code provided by Google onto your web site. The Gold Package pricing and development are based on the following guidelines:

• Domain Registration - Domain names are subject to availability and the duration of the registration is for one year. At year's end, unless stated otherwise by the client, the domain name will automatically be renewed.
• Custom Web Site Design - Based on the client's requirements, Whatasite.com will prepare and provide the client with a custom web site design proof in form of a graphic representing the web site. Upon approval of the design, Whatasite.com will then proceed to the development and finalization of the Gold Package design. The designs are subject to a guideline of 2 general design revisions prior to design approval. Following the completion of the development stage, inserting the provided content onto the web pages will commence. Any requested modifications to a design after the approval is subject to Whatasite.com's hourly graphic design rate.
  • Home Page - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 1000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 2 photographs or clipart images on the web page - to be provided by client.
  • Funeral Planning - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 5000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 5 photographs or clipart images on the web page.
  • Facilities - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 1000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 5 facility photographs with captions on the web page - to be provided by client.   • Products - Includes inserting text provided by the client on the web page, up to 4000 words recommended. Also includes the insertion of up to 4 photographs or clipart images on the web page - to be provided by client.
  • Obituaries - Whatasite.com is to prepare a web page with a designated area for listing of obituaries with funeral services dates and location. Whatasite.com will also conceive a page to highlight the deceased party with an area for text and photograph of the deceased - up to 500 words recommended. The Gold Package includes the insertion by Whatasite.com of up to 5 obituary listing with the subsidiary highlight pages of the deceased party. Additional obituary maintenance can be provide, please see the Maintenance Bundles under the Web Site Add-Ons page. The client is to have the text and photographs provided to Whatasite.com.
  • Donations - Whatasite.com is to prepare and host a secure web form to enable the capturing of sensitive data such as credit card information to be processed by the client. This web form will contain the following fields; Donator Name, Phone, E-Mail, Credit Card Types (List of accepted cards to be provided by client), Card Holder Name, Card Number, Card Expiration Date, Donation To Be Made To (List of options to be provided by client) and message to appear on donation card.
  • Contact - Includes the creation of a contact form with the following fields; Name, Phone, E-Mail, Subject Line and Question / Comment. Insertion of an embedded Google location map and insertion of text contact information and hours of operation - text to be provided by client.
  • Links - Whatasite.com is to prepare an area on the web page that will contain text links and descriptions to web sites of the client's choice. The Gold Package includes the insertion of up to 10 links - up to 100 words per link and description. These links will launch in a new browser window.
• Web Site Hosting - Package includes hosting for one year where you are provided with the username / password to your web site's control panel and you are granted FTP credentials as well. Upon completion of the yearly term, Whatsite.com will automatically renew your domain name and hosting plan so you can take advantage of another year of exceptional Whatasite.com products and services.

• Database - Whatasite.com is to provide credentials to create and maintain up to 2 MySQL databases. Whatasite.com does not offer free database programming support.

• Content Management System (CMS) - Whatasite.com will install a Content Management System on the server and provide credentials to login into the web site to create and maintain web content. In order to take full advantage of a CMS, it is highly recommend that the web site is hosted on Whatasite.com servers. Not all servers are configured to host a Content Management System and Whatasite.com does not warrant that the CMS will operate on the client's server, however if the client's server meet all of the requirements of a CMS, Whatasite.com can install the CMS on the client's current server. The CMS is a third party product and Whatasite.com is not to be held responsible for failures or malfunctions.
• Custom Web Site Template Design - Based on the client's requirements, Whatasite.com will prepare and provide the client with a custom web site template design proof in form of a graphic representing the web site. Upon approval of the design, Whatasite.com will then proceed to the development and finalization of the Platinum Package design.   • Product Catalogue - Whatasite.com is to install a Product Catalogue onto the Content Management System where the client will be able to display photos, descriptions and/or prices or available products such as Caskets, Grave Markets, Urns, etc. Whatasite.com is to insert up to 5 products with photos and text - to be provided by client. Each product is limited to 1 photo per catalogue item with up to 500 words for text descriptions. Once the products have been entered into the catalogue, the client will then have listing of products from which they will be able to use as reference when to create new items and manage the catalogue's product listing. If the client wishes to have Whatasite.com populate the catalogue with more than 5 items, Whatasite.com can provide these services at an hourly rate. The Product Catalogue is a third party product and Whatasite.com is not to be held responsible for failures or malfunctions.
  • FAQ - Whatasite.com is to set-up a Frequently Asked Questions section on the client's web site. The Platinum Package includes 10 Frequently Asked Questions - text to be provided by client, up to 500 words per FAQ item. Once the FAQ has been set-up, the client will be able to login to the web site's administrative control panel to add, edit or remove FAQ items. The FAQ is a third party product and Whatasite.com is not to be held responsible for failures or malfunctions.
  • Newsletter - Whatasite.com is to install a Newsletter system onto the Content Management System where the client will be able to login to the web site's back-end and manage the newsletter system. The Newsletter system consists of a form so web site visitors can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter, a Newsletter Archive and a Newsletter Management System where the client can manage and send newsletters to subscribers. Whatasite.com will create a Newsletter Archive for 1 Newsletter where the client will be able to use as reference when creating and managing newsletters - text to be provided by client, up to 2000 words. The Newsletter is a third party product and Whatasite.com is not to be held responsible for failures or malfunctions.
  • Latest News - Whatasite.com is to insert Latest News items onto the web site where the client will be able to login to add, edit or remove Latest News items - text is to be provided by client, up to 3 Latest News items at recommended 1000 words per article. These Latest News items generally appear on the Home page where visitors can access the relating news articles. Latest News is a third party product and Whatasite.com is not to be held responsible for failures or malfunctions.
  • Obituaries - Whatasite.com is to prepare a web page with a designated area for listing of obituaries with funeral services dates and location. Whatasite.com will also conceive a page to highlight the deceased party with an area for text and photograph of the deceased - up to 500 words recommended. • Guestbook - Whatasite.com is to create a guestbook user account and install a guestbook system on the client's web site to match the client's web site design where the client will be provided with login information to manage entries. Our Funeral Package guestbook systems are third party products and Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for malfunctions or failed expectations from third party products and services.
• Events Calendar - Whatasite.com is to create an events calendar user account and install an events calendar system on the client's web site to match the client's web site design where the client will be provided with login information to manage entries. Our Funeral Package guestbook systems are third party product and Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for malfunctions or failed expectations from third party products and services.
• Share a Link - Whatasite.com is to install a "share a link" button on the client's web site and integrate the "share a link" button in the client's web site design. Our Funeral Package Share a Link system is a third party product and Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for malfunctions or failed expectations from third party products and services.
• Photo Album - Whatasite.com is to install a static photo album/gallery system on the client's web site, integrate the album into the web site design and upload to the gallery up to 200 photos - recommended. All photos are to be provided prior to installing of album system. The Photo Album add-on does not include the insertion of captions to accompany the gallery images. The Photo Album add-on does not offer the ability to manage the album using an internet web browser, for this feature, please see the Photo Album Deluxe add-on, however with the web site's FTP login information and with some moderate web site maintenance knowledge the client may update the gallery independently. The Photo Album add-on is a third party product and Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for malfunctions or failed expectations from third party products and services. Any modifications to the Photo Album once the received photos have been uploaded to the web site are subject to the hourly rate of Whatasite.com.
• Photo Album Deluxe - Whatasite.com is to install a dynamic database driven photo album/gallery system on the client's web site, integrate the album into the web site design and upload to the gallery up to 100 photos with captions up to 50 words - recommended. All photos are to be provided prior to installing of album system. Once the gallery system is installed, the client will be provided with an administrative username and password so that they may manage the photo albums independently using a compliant web browser and internet connection. The Photo Album Deluxe gallery system is a third party product and Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for malfunctions or failed expectations from third party products and services.
• Secure Transaction - Whatasite.com is to prepare and host a form on a secure server with high-grade 128 bit encryption. The form will contain the following fields; Donator Name, Phone, E-Mail, Credit Card Types (List of accepted cards to be provided by client), Card Holder Name, Card Number, Card Expiration Date, Donation To Be Made To (List of options to be provided by client) and message to appear on donation card. Whatasite.com does not provide clients with FTP access to secure servers and any modifications to a secure form must be performed by authorized Whatasite.com personnel. The Secure Transaction add-on does not process any credit card data, this task is reserved for the client where they are provided with administrative login information to securely connect to a server to collect the credit card information to be later processed. The provided form fields appearing on the form are intended for collecting information for Donations made in the name of the deceased however the secure form may be modified at the hourly rate of Whatasite.com.
• Maintenance Bundle - Whatasite.com will maintain the client's Obituary listing by inserting 12 obituary listings with text write-up of deceased - up to 500 words recommended and 1 photo of the deceased over a period of time until the 12 obituary updates have been exhausted. Text and photo are to be provided by client. Once the 12 update credits have been used, the client may purchase more credits to save on maintenance cost. Every obituary listing credit includes inserting and removing of individual listings as instructed by the client. Every obituary is entitled to 1 text correction per listing and any additional correction to the same listing is subject to Whatasite.com's hourly rate. If the client's web site does not have an obituary listing, one can be inserted onto the web site at Whatasite.com's hourly rate where the Maintenance Bundle add-on can then be purchased. • Maintenance Bundle Deluxe - Whatasite.com will maintain the client's Obituary listing by inserting 25 obituary listings with text write-up of deceased - up to 500 words recommended and 1 photo of the deceased over a period of time until the 25 obituary updates have been exhausted. Text and photo are to be provided by client. Once the 25 update credits have been used, the client may purchase more credits to save on maintenance cost. Every obituary listing credit includes inserting and removing of individual listings as instructed by the client. Every obituary is entitled to 1 text correction per listing and any additional correction to the same listing is subject to Whatasite.com's hourly rate. If the client's web site does not have an obituary listing, one can be inserted onto the web site at Whatasite.com's hourly rate where the Maintenance Bundle add-on can then be purchased.
• Custom Graphic Design - Upon receiving complete instructions on the required material and products from Whatasite.com, a design proof will be produced for approval and then presented to the client. Once the design has been approved the client, the files are to be finalized and applied to the project in question. The client is to ensure that all approved documents are absolutely final. Following the final approval of design proofs, Whatasite.com will not be held responsible for errors such as typos or other mistakes that may appear on the final product and any corrections brought to a project or design proof following the final approval by the client is subject to Whatasite.com's hourly rate. The Custom Graphic Design add-on does not include potential third party charges such as Courier Services, Printer Charges, Advertising Charges, or any other fees that may arise from the production cost of a client's project, however the client shall be informed of any additional charges than may arise from production prior to acquiring expenses.
• Photography - Upon completion of photo sessions, Whatasite.com will review the captured images, select the most appropriate scenes and produce a disc copy containing the images from the photography session for the client. The Photography add-on does not include potential third party charges such as Courier Services, Printer Charges, Equipment Rental or any other fees that may arise from photography sessions, however the client shall be informed of any additional charges than may arise from production prior to acquiring expenses. The Photography add-on does not include transportation cost that may arise from the photo session.

Turn Around Time Terms and Guidelines
At Whatasite.com we thrive on our exceptional turn around times. This section provides client’s with estimates on the projected turn around times allocated to complete the tasks associated with each Whatasite.com Funeral Home Web Hosting and Design Packages. These turn around times are subject to material availability that are to be provided by clients such as text and images. In order to provide the final products / packages by the listed turn around times, Whatasite.com needs all required text and images to be inserted on the web site prior to beginning work on your projects. There turn around times are guidelines and estimates and may vary depending on the client’s requirements. The turn around times may also vary based on the selected web site add-ons.

• Silver Package – The approximate turn around time for the Silver Package is 5 business days from the date when all the required material for the web site has been provided to Whatasite.com.
• Gold Package – The approximate turn around time for the Gold Package is 12 business days from the date when all the required material for the web site has been provided to Whatasite.com.
• Platinum Package – The approximate turn around time for the Platinum Package is 15 business days from the date when all the required material for the web site has been provided to Whatasite.com.

Third Party Products Terms and Guidelines
Whatasite.com does not sell any third party products. Any fee or charges associated to third party products are derived from Whatasite.com's hourly rates. Whatasite.com does not warrant any third party products and is not to be held responsible for failures or malfunctions of any third party products. Any supporting task relating to third party products are performed strictly out of courtesy for Whatasite.com clients.

Domain Names Terms and Guidelines
Whatasite.com does not warrant the availability of selected domain names. However we are willing to work with you in order to select a domain name / web address that will provide your web site with the highest visibility. The duration of the domain name registration is for one year. At year’s end, unless stated otherwise by the client, the domain name will automatically be renewed.

Payment Terms and Guidelines
A 50% deposit is required for any Whatasite.com’s Funeral Web Site Design and Hosting Package and Web Site Add-on prior to the initiation of all production related task. The deposit amount will be calculated from the final total including taxes.

All of Whatasite.com’s pricing and turn around times are based on the following:

• Client is to provide text in digital formats in one of the following file formats: Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Rich Text Format (.rtf), Note Pad or e-mail text (.txt), Hyper Text Markup Language (.htm, .html)
• Graphics and images for web sites and custom graphic design services are to be provided in one of the following file formats: Joint Expert Photographic Expert Group (.jpg, .jpeg), Graphical Interface Format (.gif), Portable Network Graphic (.png), Picture File (.pct), Tagged Image File Format (.tiff), Photoshop (.psd), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), Windows Metafile (.wmf), Enhanced Metafile (.emf) and Bitmap (.bmp, .dib). Images can also be retrieved from Portable Document Formats (.pdf). Graphics and images are to be of a resolution suitable for the destined final product.
• For pre-press designs, fonts may also be required for production.

If the client does not have the required material in digital format, transcription services can be provided at Whatasite.com’s hourly rate. If the client does not have the required graphics and images, Photography services, Scanning services and Graphic Design services are available at Whatasite.com’s hourly rate.
